Position: Early Head Start Home Visitor / Home Based
Hours: 37.5 hrs wk/52 weeks per year
Salary Range: $42,000 - $44,906
Salary Grade: 12
Summary of Responsibilities:
Through regularly scheduled home visits the home visitor provides a curriculum for child development in the context of the home and during group “socialization” experiences for families with infant and toddlers and provides prenatal and postpartum education and support services to pregnant women and their families. The Home Visitor works with families to ensure that they are receiving needed services in the area of medical, dental, and mental health services; child development and education; family partnerships and goal setting; identification of family resources and needs; and provides encouragement to families as they progre...
