This permanent part-time role at the Nanaimo Package Facility requires unloading and loading tasks within a fast-paced environment. The position's responsibilities involve the swift and safe movement of packages, utilizing scanning technology for accuracy, and collaborating with team members to ensure packages are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lift and move packages between 10 to 70 lbs safely
• Sort and scan packages accurately
• Understand postal codes and routing layouts
• Operate machinery including conveyors and roller belts
• Collaborate closely with team members for transfers
