With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for project delivery, our client is seeking an experienced Early Works Foreman to lead the critical groundworks phase of a landmark development in Castle Hill.

The Role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all early works activities including:
- Excavation and bulk earthworks
- Piling and shoring works
- Service relocations and civil infrastructure
- Traffic management and site logistics
- Coordination of subcontractors and plant operators
- Site safety, quality and program management
- Liaising with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders
