EYFS Teaching Assistant – Stafford & North Staffordshire

£90–£130 per day | Flexible Supply & Long-Term Roles

Vision for Education is recruiting EYFS Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Stafford, Newcastle-under-Lyme and surrounding areas.

We have flexible day-to-day opportunities available immediately, with many schools already planning their September 2026 staffing and looking to secure reliable Early Years support staff.

The Role

You will support children within Nursery and Reception classes, helping to create a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment. Opportunities are available on both a flexible supply and long-term basis.

We are looking for:

• Experience working within an EYFS, Nursery or Reception setting
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
