 Position: Business Development Executive – EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)

 Experience: 3–10 Years in Business Development, Franchise Development, Retail Expansion, Channel Sales, Area Sales, or EBO Management.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and onboard new franchise partners and EBO locations.
* Drive retail expansion and franchise network growth.
* Manage EBO performance, sales targets, profitability, and KPIs.
* Support franchisees in improving sales and operational efficiency.
* Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
* Build relationships with franchisees, retailers, and distributors.
* Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase store footfall.
