EC Teacher Assistant/Bus Driver

Work with teachers to meet the needs of students.

Requires driving a morning and afternoon bus route for additional pay.

Bus routes are single stop, shuttle routes.

A Teacher Assistant (or paraprofessional) supports a lead educator by managing classroom logistics, providing one-on-one or small group instruction, and supervising students.

They help prepare lesson materials, grade assignments, maintain classroom organization, and monitor student behavior to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.

Core Responsibilities Instructional Support:

• Reinforce lessons by working with students individually or in small groups.


• Help students grasp challenging concepts or assist with special accommodations.

Classroom Preparation:

• Set up equipment, organize materials, and prepare the classroom space before and after lessons.
