Evening meetings/activities will occasionally be required. Plan, implement and document developmentally appropriate family focused home visits with participating families. Cooperate with coworkers and local service delivery programs to ensure a team approach for assigned delivery of social, educational and health services to the enrolled families. Participate in the classroom process as directed and desired by individual preschool teachers. Maintain required documentation and prepare monthly and final reports for the supervisor.
