Job Summary: Under the direction of the department Director and the Medical Director, Section of Cardiology, the echocardiographer will perform high quality ultrasound images of the heart as outlined by the International Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories and departmental policies and procedures. Staff will perform 2D echo Doppler studies, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms. Staff will support Virtua Health Policies and Procedures and the Virtua Health Mission and Vision Statement.
