Opportunity Description
Location: Sheffield or Manchester.
This is a hybrid role; you will be expected to come into the office three times a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase the proportion of client orders placed via Insight’s digital channels by driving adoption of Insightand related eCommerce solutions.
- Work with Sales Account Managers to review their accountancy, identify opportunities and build a pipeline of clients to go onboard to Insight.
- Lead and support client-facing meetings, including online demos and workshops, to understand existing processes and demonstrate how Insight’s digital tools can add value.
- Define and configure client-specific requirements on Insight, such as catalogues, user logins, approval workflows, and other custom settings.
- Provide local expertise and training for Account Managers and new starters onInsight, supporting them in a confident position and using Insight’s web services with their clients. <...
