Ecommerce Payment Operation

Job Descriptions :

• Monitoring each payment made from customers on each platform
• Confirmation on each payment promotion made, align with term and condition on each promotion / partners / vendors
• Internally coordinate related partners to execute orders after payment verified within SLA
• Negotiate and structure pricing, expectations and term sheets for prospective partners
• Maintaining strong business relationships with clients

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in relevant field
• Have experience handling banking partnership is a must
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans
• Proven ability to operate Microsoft Excel
