Economist/Public Financial Specialist (Senior Manager)

Job Summary:

The Economist/ Public Financial Specialist will be part of the R.G. Manabat & Co.’s (KPMG in the Philippines) Business Development team dedicated to delivering revenue targets for local and multilateral development agencies. He/she is also expected to participate in project implementation as subject matter expert, conduct bid reviews and provide technical expertise input in proposals.

Technical Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain client relationships and play a key role in business development. Support partners and directors in business development especially on opportunities in his/her line of expertise.
2. Serve as capture manager for specific business opportunities in the financial sector
3. Work with the business development team to develop leads and opportunities, team strategies and negotiations, proposal planning, and price-to-win assessments.
