**Overview**

HarperChristian Resources (HCR) is looking for an Editor to join our dynamic team. HCR creates original Bible study content and Bible study resources based on book content published by Thomas Nelson and Zondervan, as well as other Christian trade book publishers. We publish video Bible studies, Bible study guides, small group study guides, ministry programs, and church campaigns in both print and digital formats.

In this position, you will work closely with the acquisitions editors and managing editors to copyedit final manuscripts of front-list titles. Youwill have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be responsible for keeping Bible studies on track as they move through the production process.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong editorial skills,an ability to discern when content might be confusing or repetitive for readers, and the skills to rewrite or phrase context to fix the probl...
