Opportunity Description
Drive efficiencies at Sofina Foods as a Plant Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. Ensure high quality and safety in plant operations while leading a dedicated team.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be instrumental in optimizing performance across manufacturing, logistics, and compliance. Your leadership will aim toward reaching key performance indicators while promoting safety and quality assurance standards. You will also be responsible for employee development and fostering a strong labor relations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically oversee production capacity and yield
• Guarantee compliance with all OHS and environmental standards
• Implement and manage QA programs to meet quality standards
• Develop plant leadership skills and capabilities
• Maintain collaborative relations with union representatives
Requirements:
• Related degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in food processing or technical production
