This role is about walking alongside Anangu and other Aboriginal young people, families and communities to create meaningful education and employment pathways. Based at Uluru, Ayers Rock Resort, you will be part of a dedicated Indigenous Engagement Team working in partnership with Anangu leaders, schools and community organizations across the NPY and Central Australia regions.
About the role:
As the Senior Education & Employment Pathways Coordinator, you will:
- Support our successful Real Jobs Program (RJP) and Education Pathways Program, creating a culturally safe pathway to long term careers through respectful engagement.
- Supporting school groups and work experience activities with the team.
