At PK Pathway, we help people take their first steps into working with young people in schools, even if they have no formal teaching qualifications or classroom experience.
If you care about young people, communicate well, and want meaningful work where you can make a difference every day, we'll support you to build confidence, gain experience, and begin a career in education properly.

- Want to support young people in schools
- Are reliable, approachable, and motivated
- Are considering a long-term future in education
- Previous school experience is not essential
