Educational Consultant

The Education Consultant is required to engage with candidates over the phone & email. To elaborate what our programmes entitles them to, while fixing appointment with them then after doing a presentation to them.
Responsibilities Secure appointments from client enquiries through different platforms centralized in our CRM system Create connections to potential candidates from provided leads and sources through phone calls Send reminders to candidates for upcoming appointments Conduct consultation to potential candidates on programmes Application Forms filling and administrative etc Requirements: Excellent communication skills Display a positive attitude towards learning Training will be provided, technical knowledge is not required Shows initiative and is proactive Detail oriented, honors deadlines, keeps promises, and maintains service standards Able to talk to candidates with confidence, civility and tact Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
