SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate / Junior Partner will lead the full conveyancing process. The role involves handling complex property matters, ensuring compliance and maintaining high service delivery. The position will combine technical property law knowledge, team mentorship and client-facing responsibilities. POSITION INFO:
The Person:

• B.Law (LLB), Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
• Minimum 5 to 10 yearsâ experience working in a conveyancing environment.
• Advance knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience in notarial deeds, subdivisions, consolidations and opening of sectional title registers.

Job related skills required:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of numeracy and literacy skills.
• Knowledge of FICA.
