EEG Tech - PRN

Hours: PRN

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

• Electroencephalographic Technologist registration (R EEG T) issued by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) needs to be obtained within 1 year, and
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.

Education Required:

• High School Graduate.

Experience Required:

• Typically requires 2 years of experience in a Neurodiagnostic Tech role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Excellent interpersonal and patient service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
