Opportunity Description
Duties
- Perform in-patient and out-patient neurodiagnostic tests including EEG.
- Achieve high level quality recordings and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed.
- Assist with statistical data and quality assurance.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and maintain adequate supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize use of available resources.
- Work in a manner that is in compliance with staff and patient/client safety practices, policies and procedures of The Royal.
- Ensure a work environment that is conducive to The Royal’s Harassment-Free Workplace policy.
Qualifications
- Current certification with the Canadian Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists (CBRET) required OR are eligible for certification.
- Diploma from a recognized Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist Program.
