EES Behavior Consultant

The Elementary Education Services (EES) Behavior Consultant provides a nurturing environment for children to learn pro-social skills within them Elementary Education Services Program. The EES Behavioral Consultant is responsible for providing support for all school personnel, daily behavior programming, and overall implementation of the behavioral plan for each child within CGRC’s Elementary Education Services Program. Provide initial and ongoing assessment of students, supporting students through formal observations, data collection, one-to-one interactions and trial interventions, and engagement to develop a therapeutic relationship and behavior planning. Intervene to provide immediate assistance in crisis situations, including the use of Personal Emergency Interventions. Track and analyze data within the program to better develop the most effective interventions to meet behavior IEP goals.
