EHC Coordinator — Hybrid Casework (12-Month Contract)

South End City Council seeks EHC Coordinators to join their assessment or casework teams on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and office attendance, focused on managing EHC assessments or existing plans.
