EHS Senior Engineer / EHS Manager

Focuses on leading site-wide environment, health, safety, and sustainability strategies.
Ensuring strict API manufacturing compliance, managing risk assessments (HAZOP, PHA, JSA), and handling statutory audits with local authorities like MOM, NEA, and SCDF.
Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Direct compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act(WSHA), Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA), and SCDF regulations.
Risk Management: Lead and implement comprehensive risk identification, gap analyses
Audits & Inspections: Organize and manage EHS and sustainability audits from customers, certification bodies, and government agencies.
EHS Systems & Training: Develop and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001,alongside delivering safety training programs.
Emergency & Incident Response: Develop emergency preparedness plans, conduct incident investigations (Root Cause Analysis), and implement preventative actions.
