About the Role
We’re looking for an EHS Specialist to help maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and HR to support Environmental, Health & Safety programs and promote a strong safety culture.
What You’ll Do
+ Assist in administering EHS programs at the plant level
+ Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations
+ Deliver EHS and new-hire safety training
+ Support OSHA/EPA compliance, documentation, and reporting
+ Track safety metrics and recommend improvement actions
+ Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste activities
+ Partner with HR on workers’ compensation and return-to-work efforts
+ Help identify and eliminate unsafe conditions or behaviors
