Bentley Technical Account Manager
Position Summary: Receive an alert on account activity, guide day‐to‐day relationships with Enterprise accounts, and ensure Bentley services meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Act as first point of elevation and escalation for customer issues, prioritizing and resolving them promptly.
Monitor open cases and collaborate with Support to meet or exceed SLAs and SLOs.
Manage regular Service Request and operational reviews with assigned customers.
Review trend data to identify learning or improvement opportunities, enhancing product use.
Involve technical resources to accelerate time‐to‐value for Bentley products.
Maintain visibility into customers' direction and needs within Bentley.
Escalate high‐priority issues to support, product management, or development teams for timely resolution.
Contribute to Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings, reporting progress on support issues, trends, and concerns.
