Responsibilities

Executable commercial executive for Microempresas, fulfilling business goals through excellent customer service.

Tasks

• Generate demand for microenterprise customers.
• Deliver value propositions aligned with client segments.
• Conduct financial evaluations of clients while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Manage the client portfolio and associated risks.
• Safeguard platform resources and ensure proper care.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by knowing required products, documents, and regulations before completing operations.

Considerations

Fixed-term contract of 6 months with potential renewal to an indefinite term upon performance evaluation at the end of the fixed period.

Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
