Electric Vehicle (EV) Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-installation support. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution. Address any project-related issues or concerns promptly, striving to exceed client expectations at every stage.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of electric vehicle charging technology, including different charging standards, power levels, and infrastructure requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing inquiries related to product specifications, installation procedures, and compatibility issues. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for product improvements or customization based on client feedback and market demands.
