A typical day in this role involves hands on manufacturing and assembly work, focusing on precise builds of small, detailed components. You’ll begin by reviewing technical drawings such as blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to plan out your tasks and ensure each step of the build follows exact specifications. Throughout the day, you’ll work with a variety of hand tools and air tools, applying strong dexterity and attention to detail to produce high quality assemblies. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, inspecting and caring for equipment, and ensuring all tools are in proper working order to support a safe and efficient workflow.
