Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Responsible for planning, reviewing, implementing, and coordinating all testing in connection with operation and maintenance of major multipurpose hydroelectric equipment such as generators, voltage regulators, and other power system elements. Responsibilities Executes cross-functional engineering analyses to formulate testing protocols and optimize maintenance operations for heavy hydroelectric infrastructure District-wide. Analyzes performance characteristics of operating equipment, identifying potential trouble spots or possible points of equipment failure.
