Responsibilities
Oversee projects from condition assessment, inception, to project handover stage with minimal to no supervision (Stage 01 – 06) Handle project financial management including budgeting, payment certification, cost reporting, and final accounts with minimum to no supervision Manage medium to large size projects (service value of +R10million to +R30million) with minimal supervision Prepare accurate cashflows and capture projects for monthly invoicing Liaise with finance regularly to provide cashflows for monthly invoicing Train and mentor junior employees Adhere to Engineering Procedures and documentation standards as per MEKAN QMS System Engage in client liaison, profe...
