Qualifications & Experience
Required educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; specialization in solar power preferred.
7-10 years of experience within a solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company, in a role involving extensive design planning, engineering, and reviews.
Previous experience in tasks such as manhour estimation, quality control plan preparation, procedure development, deliverable packaging, and communication matrix management.
Proficiency in fluent English communication, both written and verbal, with stakeholders from India and Western countries.
Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license - USA
