Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities. To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings . To supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnicalbuilding works, both permanent and temporary . To review Contractor's design and submission and superviseall works associated with Civil and Structural works . To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessarypermits (NOA, NOC, POWS, TM approval, PTD, PTW, etc) and clearance to work . To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s)implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures whenevernecessary . To ensure proper coordination among Contractor, AC, QP(D),relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc. forthe works . To review formwork structure, formwork support systemsprior to concreting works and ensure the formworks erected are PE endorsed withCertificate of Supervision (COS) issued .
