- Clear progression routes and ongoing training to upskill to a skilled auto electrician
- Starting rate £13.25-£15p/h (Increase with progression)
- Regular salary reviewal
- Monday-Friday (Half day Friday) – No weekend work
- Overtime available paid at x1.5
