Opportunity Description
Ensure reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical and instrumentation systems for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing, utilities, and facility equipment, in full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance & Operations
- Maintain LT/HT systems, MCC, PCC, transformers, UPS, DG sets
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply for OSD production lines (granulation, compression, coating, packing)
- Maintain cleanroom electrical systems
Instrumentation & Process Control
- Handle instruments troubleshooting & support for planned calibration activity
- Handle PLC/SCADA systems and troubleshoot automation issues
- Coordinate with OEM to handle equipment/system troubleshoot and up the machine with minimum downtime
