Job Responsibilities: Monitor plant performance and ensure minimum downtime. Plan and schedule manpower weekly or monthly duty roster. Lead root cause analysis by identifying recurring issues, troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions. Support plant improvement initiatives. Liaise with vendors and contractors and negotiate for cost efficient services. Ensure Plant operations comply with existing safety regulations through regular inspections, risk assessments and permit-to-work management.
