Electrical, Instrumentation & Utilities Supervisor

The E&I and Utilities Supervisor is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of plant electrical, instrumentation, and utility systems. This role ensures compliance with all HSE and regulatory standards while optimizing maintenance execution, utility performance, and workforce development in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

• Reports To: Reliability Manager
• HSE • Consistently demonstrate full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc., and all HSE rules, policies, practices and procedures all the time. • Verify all PSM requirements are met prior to returning equipment over to the unit, if applicable.• Complete daily safety audit of maintenance and utilities work. • Perform audits to the permit process and ensure adequacy and compliance to safety procedures.• Conduct or attend area related Root Cause ...
