Electrical Leader

We are now looking for an Electrical Leader to strengthen our Workshop department in Jyväskylä, Finland.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily internal production planning and continuous process improvement. You will work closely with our electrical design team and other internal stakeholders to develop and maintain production schedules that meet demand while optimizing resources.

In addition to overseeing broader production operations, you will also act as the team leader for our Electrical team of nine members. This includes providing day‑to‑day support, guidance, and leadership to ensure the team’s success.

In your daily work, you will utilize our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as our PLM tool Siemens Teamcenter.
