Job Purpose

The role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical systems in a thermal power plant. The incumbent will lead electrical maintenance activities, oversee system reliability, and manage planned and unplanned outages to ensure uninterrupted power generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Maintenance Management

• Lead overall electrical maintenance activities of the thermal power plant.
• Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of HT/LT systems, switchyard equipment, transformers, generators, motors, and protection systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
