**Job Scope:**

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on processing and packaging equipment
+ Perform setups, calibrations, and preventive maintenance
+ Support production by prioritizing maintenance tasks and communicating equipment status
+ Fabricate or modify parts to improve reliability and reduce downtime
+ Follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food quality standards
+ Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory
