Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £75K + Package

The Role

• Responsible for all electrical aspects of projects.
• Overseeing 2-3 projects at one time which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour. Commercial electrical projects up to the value of £3m - Mainly office fit outs.
• Responsible for effective relationship management with clients & working partners to achieve smooth operational and commercial progression of projects.
• Making sure health, safety & welfare is maintained and adhered to at project/site level.
• Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user.
• Attend on site meetings, as and when required.
• Responsible for handover to clients and after care.
• Site based role
• Reporting to the Managing Director.
