Role Requirements
Associate Degree, Diploma, Apprenticeship, or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar electrical maintenance role within a power generation, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environment
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation equipment, and maintenance procedures
Experience working with generators, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage systems
Knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA systems, HMIs, and industrial communication networks
Experience with signal exchange systems such as Profibus, MPI, IFM, or similar technologies
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of ISO quality, safety, and environmental standards
Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements
Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)<...
