Opportunity Description
The Electrical Test Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance and reliability of electrical testing equipment used in wire harness manufacturing. This role ensures that all test systems operate efficiently, meet customer specifications, and comply with internal quality and safety standards. The position plays a critical role in supporting production continuity by minimizing downtime and ensuring the integrity of electrical testing processes, while coordinating closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities and Main Activities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical test technicians within the maintenance area.
- Ensure proper functionality, calibration, and preventive maintenance of electrical test boards, continuity testers, and high‑voltage (hipot) equipment.
