What will the apprentice be doing?
- Serving customers over the counter
- Dealing with customers via the phone and online
- Picking orders from the warehouse
- Booking in deliveries, putting goods away, loading the van and keeping the whole branch tidy
- Working as part of the internal branch team and network to ensure our customers receive the best service
- Driving the van as & when required (age dependant, not essential).
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
From day one you will be assigned a coach who will work with you for your first year, meeting you and your manager every month to provide training in the workplace.
