Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing

Diagnosing faults andpleting remedial works to a high standard

Ensuringpliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

Working across occupied and empty (void) properties

Participating in a call‑out rota with additional payments

Delivering excellent customer service to residents
