Electroneurodiagnostic (EEG) Technician I - Per Diem

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Electroneurodiagnostic (EEG) Technician I - Per Diem.

In this role, the successful candidate Performs Video, Electroencephalographic and standard EEG procedures as requested. Operates equipment to record electrical activity of the brain readings. Monitors patient heart and brain activity during procedures. Prepares study files for interpretation by a physician. Documents patient activity during exams. Maintains equipment and troubleshoots technical problems and works with vendors and IT to resolve.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs Video-Electroencephalographic procedures for patients as ordered by physicians (in department, patient room, intensive care unit, Pediatrics dept, Emergency room, and other nursing units as required).

Maintains stock of supply inventory.

Assists in compiling patient demographic data for the purposes of billing.
