Electronics Engineering Technician - Level IV - OFFC

+ Lead laboratory priorities and activities as a team lead, ensuring testing, calibration, maintenance, and reporting activities align with organizational goals and performance expectations.
+ Drive accurate and timely analyses, data acquisition, and interpretation to support informed technical and business decisions.
+ Maintain and optimize electronic engineering tools and standard and specialized test equipment to ensure reliability, readiness, and compliance.
+ Provide technical leadership in planning, scheduling, and executing testing activities on electronic systems and vehicles.
+ Develop, apply, and advance test methods to enhance laboratory capabilities and expand the effective use of specialized analytical instruments.
