Join to apply for the EL/PL Solicitor role at Weightmans . Our Defender Insurance team provides a full, expert service in defending public (PL) and employers' liability (EL) claims, across the private sector and the public sector. Weightmans' team is renowned for litigation defence services in these and other specialist Casualty areas. We operate on a national basis with dedicated insurance, motor, disease, regulatory and public sector teams and a dedicated Casualty Fraud team within our wider practice.
We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor 3-4 YRS PQE or Associate 5 YRS+ PQE to join our Glasgow Insurance Team. You will work in the dedicated insurance team based out of Glasgow with a varied caseload of pre- and litigated EL/PL claims, motor and disease, and assist with high value and complex claims. We receive direct instructions from both insureds and insurers, as well as local authorities.
