Why This Role Exists
We are not looking for a traditional email marketer to send newsletters. We need a Systems Architect to own the entire lifecycle of our lead database and transform it into a high-velocity revenue engine.
This role is designed to maximize Founder Leverage by engineering automated systems that turn cold records into warm, sales-ready opportunities without manual intervention. You are the bridge between raw data and realized revenue, responsible for ensuring our sales team only spends time on high-intent conversations while your nurture machines run 24/7 in the background.
