Job Description Job Summary: The Email Production Consultant is responsible for building, testing, and deploying marketing email campaigns across the enterprise using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or equivalent platforms. This role executes campaign requests from intake through delivery, ensuring all deployments are accurate, brand-compliant, and meet performance, timing, and regulatory requirements. The position works closely with the Supervisor, Email Marketing Production, as well as creative, campaign, and MarTech teams, to ensure every email is rendered correctly, links and personalization function as intended, and deployment timelines are met. This is a hands-on production role focused on operational delivery rather than content creation or audience strategy.
