Embedded Firmware Architect – R&D Specialist

Nestlé SA is seeking an R&D Specialist in Electronics Firmware located in Switzerland, Waadt, Orbe. The role involves owning the firmware architecture for Nespresso machines, ensuring high-quality embedded software. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end development, standardizing coding practices, and collaborating with various teams for cohesive product delivery.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive embedded firmware development background, proficiency in C/C++, and experience in managing external partners. Fluency in English is required, with French and/or German as an advantage.
