Opportunity Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Embedded Systems Solutions Architect (Yocto Linux, MQTT, ASP.NET Core) for their Cleveland, OH location. Responsibilities:
+ Serves as the crossstream technical authority for the Cognizant engagement with a leading life sciences customer
+ Own endtoend architecture for device stabilization, including OS optimization (Yocto, systemd, hardware watchdog), application dependency removal (Java/ActiveMQ to ZeroMQ or DBus) and cyclesafe selfhealing logic
+ Chair the crossstream architecture council; produce Architecture Decision Records for all design calls
+ Review and approve design from Senior Embedded Engineers, .NET engineers, Cloud engineers, and DevOps across program workstreams
+ Coordinate with customer’s technical authority & equipment development teams
+ Partner with the Engagement / Delivery Manager on criticalpath management and escalations
